For new clients, a telephone or online video consultation is required before booking a counselling session. This allows us to ensure the best “fit” based on your needs and availability.
As of March 1, 2026, we have updated our cancellation policy to require 48 hours notice for any last minute cancellations, or a fee may apply. Please feel free to discuss this with your counsellor to better understand how this may impact you.
