Sarah Harris
(She/Her/Hers) BSc, MC

Sarah is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, with a special interest in Emotionally Focused Therapy and establishing emotional safety as the foundation for resilient mental health and relationships.

After spending 13 years in the U.K., studying psychology at the University of Nottingham as well as training and practicing in hypnotherapy and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy techniques in London, she and her family returned to the beautiful Okanagan in 2013.

She completed her master’s degree in counselling with Gonzaga University and is co-director of “Relate & Restore Counselling”, as well as being a mother to three busy kids and a wife to her supportive husband, Dominic. She enjoys working within the community, having facilitated support groups for those experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, parenting workshops, and the Circle of Security Parenting™ program.

Sarah approaches counselling with empathy, warmth, and a little bit of humour - she believes in bringing her humanness to the counselling space, with compassion and authenticity.
